Returns and Exchanges

As a curated marketplace and drop-shipping platform, we partner with a variety of independent brands to bring you a diverse selection of products.

In partnership with our brands, we have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that, unless a wrong or defective item has been sent, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and that refunds do not include the original delivery costs.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@outdoorswimmershop.com and we’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the brand has received and checked your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
